Other
Q.

Do you provide opportunities and systems for employees to be transferred to departments of their choosing?

A.

SoftBank operates two types of open internal recruitment systems that enable employees to be transferred to departments of their choosing: free agent system, and job posting system.
Under the free agent system, any employees willing to enhance their career can take on the challenge of doing so. This system allows such employees to apply for and, if accepted, be transferred to the departments or Group companies they want to work for. The job posting system, meanwhile, is designed for the company, when launching a new business or entity, to openly recruit its members. This system provides employees with the opportunity to grow and achieve self-realization, along with the environment in which anyone can take on a challenge.
While both systems require the applicants to go through the selection process, employees apply for them at their discretion.
